In support of our mission to connect employers and students through partnerships and experiential learning, HIEC is delighted to be hosting a CyberSecurity BootCamp breakfast event on May 1, 2019 at our career development lab in Burlington. We’re targeting small and medium businesses who are curious about how to address cybersecurity in their businesses. Featuring students from Sheridan’s Faculty of Applied Science and Technology, this experiential workshop will equip business owners with expert advice and knowledge to start addressing cybersecurity issues in their businesses. There will also be an opportunity for one on one time with the students who will share practical technical and non technical safeguards. The event is free to attend and registration is required.
