Start Me Up Clinic is designed to help you enhance your business idea, strengthen your business model and revitalize your go-to-market plan so that you can attract customers and win in the market.
By developing a precise, consistent set of messages that everyone in the company will use to talk to customers, you will optimize the likelihood of your brand success. A customer needs to hear a message 7 times before it is internalized. It is critical that every interaction between the company and the target customer is consistent over time by every member of the team (sales and otherwise).
Part 3 and 4 are Ideal for early-stage companies or established businesses that are looking to re-define their brand or are launching a new product.

Meet your instructors:
Dave Freeman– Haltech EIR, Angel One Investor
Dave has business leadership experience (in CEO, president, and general manager roles), working with branded consumer goods including Natural Health Products, Office Products, Household, Food, and other grocery categories. He’s worked in both corporate Fortune 500 and small, private company settings; mostly on the manufacturer side, but also as a retailer. Classic CPG experience (Quaker Oats and Reckitt & Colman), B2B (Avery Labels) and retail (Health First Network). And he’s worked in Canada and the USA. Dave believes strongly in “aiming” by using value-propositions & business plans; even if your start-up situation requires quick, evolving aim.
Pete Sprukulis– Haltech EIR, Sheridan Instructor and President Sprouticus Business Coaching
Pete is a Marketing and Sales Executive specializing in High Tech Growth and” Adjacent” Markets allowing businesses to (re)define themselves and earn a competitive advantage to drive sustainable results. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto in Economics and an MBA from Rotman School of Management. Pete also has over 25 years of experience in business leadership holding C-Suite level positions with Ontario Power Generation, Bell Canada, and First Canadian Title.
