Joins TechPlace LaunchPad Program

In April, TechPlace welcomed their newest LaunchPad company, ZippyJamz. As the seventh company accepted into TechPlace’s LaunchPad program, ZippyJamz brings a unique non-traditional technology company to the space.
Launched in 2016, ZippyJamz manufactures a patent pending sleeper that makes diaper changing quick and easy for parents and helps babies stay covered and comfortable. Their high growth potential, invigorating energy and impressive sales make them a great addition to TechPlace. Learn more here.

BEDC's Annual Report & Open House

On May 24th, BEDC welcomed over 150 guests to TechPlace for their 2018 Open House: Celebrating Burlington's Prosperity. The event showcased BEDC's key achievements for 2017 and partnerships with hands on activities from Mohawk College and Burlington Public Library. The event concluded with the release of BEDC's 2017 Annual Report which highlights key economic achievements including the addition of over 1,300 new jobs to the Burlington economy. During these days, Mohawk College's leaders will be on-site to discuss how Mohawk students and faculty can support the growth and success of your business.
